SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text-message program offered through the ArtistryHost booking platform. ArtistryHost sends text messages on behalf of the independent businesses (“operators”) that use it to take bookings. When you book an experience, the operator you booked with is the sender; ArtistryHost is their messaging provider.

Your consent

When you provide your mobile number and complete a booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages about that booking from the operator you booked with, at the number you provided. This consent is for booking-related messages only and is not a condition of any purchase beyond the booking itself.

What we send

• Booking confirmations — a message confirming the date, time, and location after you book.
• Booking reminders — a reminder ahead of your experience.
• Booking updates — occasional messages if your booking changes (for example, a reschedule or cancellation).

These are transactional service messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your bookings — typically one confirmation and one reminder per booking. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan and carrier.

Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further booking texts (you’ll still get email confirmations and reminders).
• Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@artistryhost.com.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. They are used only to deliver booking-related messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Carriers

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation and message delivery are not guaranteed.
